UPDATE: The Itchen, Candover and Testwood Water Abstraction Public Inquiry has now concluded. The Section 20 Agreement will be finished and signed tomorrow and will be sent to the Inspector along with all the other documents, including the environmental monitoring, mitigation and compensation measures which will be on the public website.
