The Red Squirrel Trail is a largely off-road walking and cycling trail through the heart of the Isle of Wight’s Countryside. Substantial lengths of the trail run alongside the Medina and East Yar rivers and the route criss-crosses various other watercourses. This trail incorporates the former Troll Trail and Sunshine Trail.
